RFQ Submissions and Communications

When you submit an RFQ or message through the Site:

• You represent that you have the right to share the submitted information.
• You agree not to submit classified information or restricted materials without an approved secure method.
• You understand that any response from Civexa is informational until confirmed in a written quote, award, purchase order, or executed agreement.

No Guarantee of Award: Submitting an RFQ does not obligate Civexa to quote, and does not create a contract.

Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep Site content accurate and current; however, content may be updated without notice. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Downloads and Document Use

Documents provided for download (including capability statements, W-9, NAICS/PSC lists, or document bundles) are provided for procurement review and evaluation purposes.

• View and share documents internally for procurement evaluation
  You may not:
• Modify, republish, or distribute documents publicly as your own
• Use Civexa’s branding or materials in a misleading manner

Intellectual Property

All Site content, text, graphics, branding, and downloadable materials are owned by Civexa or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use Civexa content beyond what is expressly allowed in these Terms without written permission.

Acceptable Use
